My name is Regina Lewis. I’m a local girl from London, Kentucky. I have been married to my husband for
28 years. I have three children and one grandbaby.
facility. I have been counseling in an outpatient agency where I enjoy working with children, adolescence, and adult men and women to assist them in living a full and happy life.
I have experience working with clients that are diagnosed with depression, anxiety, PTSD, Mood disorders, and substance abuse.
I use CBT and EMDR to help clients heal from trauma they have experienced in their life. I also
can do parenting classes for clients that need it.
I am the owner of Healing Haven Counseling. It has been a dream of mine to help others in time of
need. I started this company because I know what it feels like to feel alone and hurting.
Why I do what I do
In 2017 my 17 year old son committed suicide. He had depression and he was hurting on the inside more than me or
his father knew. His death broke me into a hundred pieces. I am now dealing with his death and will
until I close my eyes for the last time. After losing my son I started to be more keenly aware about how many people were suffering from similar lose.
This renewed awareness has given me a greater purpose to help others
A promise to the client
“I will walk with you through this journey.”

My name is Jerry Lewis. I am a life-long resident of London. I am married to Regina Lewis and have been for 28 years. I entered the behavioral health field late in life. In 2017 I graduated with a nursing degree from LMU. In 2023 I graduated with my Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner degree from EKU.
Why I do what I do
The same year I graduated nursing school I lost my son Tyler when he committed suicide. My son’s death resolidified my desire as well as my life’s purpose to help others. I know what is like to have catastrophic events happen in life. I will work diligently to provide the best quality care to all my clients. I believe the bedrock to behavioral health is therapy. Therapy coupled together with medication can allow a person to regain and maintain a productive life. My wife and I decided to give back to the community we love by opening Healing Haven.
A promise to the client
I will work diligently to provide the best quality care to all my clients. My desire is to help everyone live their best life to their fullest.
